Covid-19 Announcement

Due to Covid-19 and these difficult times, out first priority is the safety and well-being of our guests.   As the result, we need to strictly follow guidelines made available from local public health officials.  

If Image 1 Adventure is forced to cancel the trip because of circumstances related to Covid-19, a full credit of payments made can be redeemable towards a future trip over the next 24 months from the start date of the original tour. A partial refund can be granted based on local operators' policies at the time of cancellation.

For cancellations due to any other reasons, refunds will not be made and no partial refunds or credits will be given for services not used. It is solely your responsibility to purchase trip cancellation and medical evacuation insurance.  Regular booking terms apply.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide further details along with any updates to our booked guests ahead of their planned trips if applicable. ​

因 Coronavirus (COVID-19) 疫情影響，考慮團友健康風險，所有2020及部分2021的團迫使延後，當地業者明文通知因為疫情，特例可延後出團日期，並答應不加價，但訂金不予退還，故本公司也依照目前全球旅遊業的共識與應對方式，及考慮所有團友的公平、合理與生命健康，本2020~2021年的團為避開全球疫情延後出團日期，並非取消，請諒解目前訂金不予全數退還。

延期後的日期時段，若團友無法成行或與自己其他行程撞期，可商討更換本公司尚有空位的其他行程 (有效期限兩年)。

Covid-19 疫情的這段困難時期，我們首要任務是客人的安全和福祉。因此，我們需要嚴格遵守當地公共衛生官員提供的指導方針。

​如果 Image 1 Adventure 因 Covid-19 相關的情況而被迫取消旅行，則從原旅行開始之日起的未來 24 個月內，已支付的全額款項可用於兌換未來的旅行。也可根據當地運營商在取消時的政策給予退款(不保證全額)。

對於因任何其他原因而取消，將不予退款，也不會對未使用的服務提供部分退款或積分。購買旅遊和醫療保險是您自身的責任。常規預訂條款適用。
