We stay at Delta Calgary Airport in-terminal Hotel for easier flight connection for our guests Banff and Lake Louise area In Banff area, we stay in hotels offering comfortable accommodation within walking distance of town centre. At leisure time, you can easily walk to various shops and bars. Lake Louise area hotels and chalets are mostly in remote area with comfortable accommodation and private washroom. |
Insurance:
We strongly recommend trip cancellation and medical evacuation insurance. Because many advance logistical arrangements have been made prior to the operation of these trips, we must strictly adhere to the above cancellation policy. In addition, you should be aware that some medical insurance policies do not cover your expenses, including medical evacuation while travelling in a foreign country. Insurance is 100% non-refundable. Deposit policy:
At time of booking: $500 CAD per person. Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Cancellation policies: In the event that you must cancel your reservation, refunds will be made according to the following schedule: Deposit is non-refundable. 90 to 61 days prior to departure, 75% of total invoice is non-refundable. Less than 60 days prior to departure, 100% of the total invoice is non-refundable. No partial refunds or credits will be given for services not used. Price not include:
